WedPapers sells digital print-ready exports. This policy explains when a refund may be available.
Refunds we can review
Contact support@wedpapers.com if you were charged twice, cannot access a paid export, bought by mistake and have not generated or downloaded a print-ready PDF, or encounter a technical issue we cannot reasonably fix.
Downloaded digital files
Because WedPapers delivers digital files, purchases are generally not refundable after you have generated or downloaded a print-ready PDF. We review requests case by case using the information reasonably available to us.
Free proof files are available before purchase so you can check the generated output before paying.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed through Creem back to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing depends on Creem and the payment network.
When a refund is approved, paid access included in that purchase is removed. PDF files already saved on your device are not deleted.
