Privacy Policy

Your guest list, uploaded artwork, and design changes are saved in the current browser on your device. They are used there to create previews, proof files, and print-ready PDFs and are not uploaded to WedPapers servers during normal Maker use.

WedPapers does not provide accounts, cloud saving, or cross-device synchronization. Clearing browser data can remove your saved project, so keep copies of your guest spreadsheet and original artwork. Only enter information and artwork you have permission to use.

WedPapers receives your checkout email and purchase details when needed to confirm payment, provide or restore paid access, handle refunds and support, and prevent abuse.

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. We also receive limited product usage and technical error information. This information does not include your guest list, couple names, uploaded artwork, or payment card details.

Creem processes payments, receipts, taxes, fraud checks, refunds, and disputes. WedPapers does not store your card number or bank account details.

Cloudflare provides website hosting, network delivery, and supporting data services. It may process basic network, device, and request information needed to deliver and protect the service.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own and handle it under their own privacy terms.

WedPapers uses first-party product analytics to understand how people move from visiting the site to creating and exporting print files. This uses a temporary browser-session reference and is not intended to identify you by name.

WedPapers uses Google Analytics to understand site visits and general usage. Google may receive page interaction, browser, device, and network information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy terms.

WedPapers uses the Reddit Pixel for advertising measurement and campaign improvement. Reddit may receive information about page visits, selected product actions, and purchase and checkout information, including your checkout email and basic browser, device, and network information. WedPapers does not intentionally send guest-list contents, uploaded artwork, or payment card details to Google or Reddit.

You can use your browser's privacy, cookie, or content-blocking controls to limit these technologies.

Raw first-party analytics and technical error records are retained for 180 days. Purchase, refund, dispute, and transaction records may be kept longer when needed for tax, fraud prevention, support, or legal compliance. Other providers apply their own retention policies.

You can remove your locally saved project by clearing this site's browser data. For questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information held by WedPapers, contact support@wedpapers.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained even after a deletion request.
